Daniel is very eager, hardworking and talented AD with potential to become of the best in his job. Despite his age, he has a natural leadership skill and a very calm way of approaching and solving challenges in productions. Also he shown to be very flexible and adaptable to work around and with different cultures on a international production group.

Although I was not on site 100% of the time, I noticed Daniël was very personable and got along great with the entire team. At the network we did a post-mortem meeting to give and hear feedback about everyone and Daniël was one of the names that stood out to the US team. He was great to work with and made an effort to go out his way to meet everybody.

Daniel was AD on our production and he showed his experience by taking control of the set when we needed it. He was able to get crews in place and setups completed when we were on a tight schedule and kept us running on time throughout the shoot. Het worked with camera, art, lighting, and our production team with great ease and he gained everybody’s respect with his calm and professional demaenor.

Personally, I became good friend with Daniel and we spent some time together after the shoot was over. He’s an easy person to know with his sense of humor, his intelligence and his ambition to please and succeed. He’s basically just a good guy who is great to have on a set
